The Dean of Arts Office is headed by the Dean and employs seven staff members. The Arts Advancement Office is responsible for the development of fundraising, marketing communications, and alumni programs for the Faculty of Arts.

The Arts Undergraduate Office is headed by the Associate Dean of Arts, Undergraduate Studies. The office is responsible for overseeing all aspects of undergraduate studies for the Faculty of Arts. This includes academic advisement of first year and newly admitted students in Honours Arts, Arts and Business Regular and Co-op, Liberal Studies, non-degree, or non-major programs, and academic and student life programs. This office is also responsible for all aspects related to undergraduate recruitment marketing and publications for a diverse selection of Arts entry programs and subsequent majors. Mature Student Advising is also part of the AUO.

The Arts Graduate Studies and Research Office is headed by the Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Research and has three staff members. The office administers MA and PhD programs in Arts disciplines and co-ordinates research development including cross-faculty collaborations and links. The Associate Dean and the Faculty Research Development Officer also support the creation of research centres and institutes in addition to advising individual researchers.

The Co-op and Arts Special Programs Office is headed by the Associate Dean of Arts, Co-op and Arts Special Programs, and employs three staff members. The office is responsible for the administration of the Honours Arts and Business program, including the Cultural Management, International Trade, and Digital Arts Communication specializations. It is also responsible for managing specific alumni activity, including the production of the Faculty of Arts alumni newsletter, and the running of the Arts Computer Experience, our summer day camp for children.

The Arts Computing Office (ACO) provides support and resources for the teaching, research and administrative needs of the Faculty of Arts. ACO operates and maintains the computing infrastructure of the faculty which consists of a substantial investment in networking, special purpose and general purpose servers and public use facilities such as laboratories and printers. A team of expert consultants is maintained to provide support.
